EBROTECH · Connection options for your current software

AI integrations for the software you already use

Start with one task your team needs to improve. We check what your software already does, what access your account allows and where an external workflow may help.

  • Define one useful task and who reviews the result
  • Check version, access and the correct vendor route
  • Agree the scope and price before implementation

A clinic may need a clearer reception handover; a field-service team may need to follow up on open jobs; an accounting team may need to track unanswered document requests. We choose a useful workflow first, then check the product, permissions and data route before proposing a connection.

Access comes first: vendor documentation does not prove that a particular account is enabled or that EBROTECH has a working connector. Each guide distinguishes a documented route from the access and testing your project would need.

Accounting & billing

Choose an invoicing or follow-up task, then identify the exact product and account access.

Clinics and veterinary practices

Focus on administrative intake, recalls or appointments, with clinical decisions and messages under human review.

Dentally

UK dental reception: review existing recalls before adding staff-reviewed follow-up.

Home-service teams

Check plan, tenant access and permissions before connecting scheduling, dispatch or job follow-up.

Ecommerce

Distinguish store management data from the customer-facing storefront before planning a workflow.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

Do I have to switch software to work with EBROTECH?

We first check the system you use and the workflow to improve. A connection depends on your edition, access and permissions; an external process or migration can be considered if appropriate. Scope and pricing are agreed before implementation.

What if my software has no API?

We assess its documented options and your account permissions. An export or webhook may help a specific process, but neither proves that a safe integration is possible. We explain a manual or external alternative where suitable.

How is this different from Zapier, Make or n8n?

Zapier and Make are useful for standard app-to-app workflows. We assess the business process, software access and human review needed for a sector-specific AI workflow. A dedicated connector is only proposed after its route is validated.

Who maintains the connector when the software changes its API?

Maintenance responsibilities are defined in the proposal for the specific connection. We first confirm that the software exposes a route we can test and support.

Start with the form. We check your edition, available access and the human review needed, then explain the viable routes, scope and price.
