LEAP integrates with a number of partner products and runs an ecosystem, but it does not publish an openly documented public developer API the way some platforms do, so a deep direct sync is not guaranteed. The honest path is to run in parallel first (voice, intake, chasing) on top of your phone line and email, which already pays back, and confirm what a direct or partner link allows for your account in discovery.
