How much does it cost?
It depends on your situation: current software, headcount, volume of operations, integrations needed. That is why we map out the budget after a short form: you tell us about your setup and we reply with what each tier covers and the exact cost in your case.
No long-term commitment beyond the current month. We give you a firm, all-in quote on the first call.
Frequently asked questions
Does this work outside Spain?
Yes, but our home market is Spain and the EU. Our team operates on European hours, our processes are validated against Spanish SME workflows, and our internal Soluciones Madrid operation is the proving ground. We accept clients in UK, Ireland, Benelux and the Nordics today. LATAM and DACH expansions are roadmapped for 2027.
Why is pricing in EUR?
Our market and most of our clients are euro-based. Keeping a single currency on the website avoids confusion. We can invoice in USD or GBP from our US LLC if your accounting requires it — the headline price still anchors in EUR.
Do you sign a DPA / GDPR data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign a standard DPA template reviewed by a Spanish GDPR lawyer. Data processed in Europe runs on Hetzner (Helsinki and Falkenstein), ISO 27001 certified. For special-category data (health data in vet and dental verticals) we route through Hetzner Helsinki with explicit BSI C5 Type 2 certification.
Can we move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or 3 later?
Yes, and most clients do. The Bridge tier is a low-risk way to test whether the AI layer works in your business. If it does, you usually move to Augment within 60-90 days. Migrate is for clients who have decided to retire their old software entirely. No re-setup fee when you upgrade within the same vertical. Custom pricing after you tell us about your setup.
What happens after the first month?
The system runs by itself. The monthly fee covers monitoring, two minor adjustments per month, monthly KPI report and access to new vertical features as they ship. If you need bespoke development on top, we quote it separately.
Do you offer SLAs?
Yes, on Tier 2 and Tier 3. Tier 2 includes a 24-hour business-day response SLA for critical issues. Tier 3 includes a 4-hour business-day response SLA plus a named contact. Tier 1 is best-effort.
Can we self-host?
Tier 3 (Migrate) supports a private deployment on your infrastructure with an additional setup fee. Most clients prefer the managed model because it includes ongoing tuning, but the option exists for enterprise clients with strict data residency requirements.
