Privacy policy

This policy explains how EBROTECH LLC (referred to as "EBROTECH") processes the personal data you provide through ebrotech.net. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version at /es/privacidad/ prevails in case of discrepancy.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, sector and message. Necessary to respond to your request.
• Strictly necessary cookies: session and browser preferences (no consent required under EU law).
• Analytics cookies: only if you give consent. We use Plausible Analytics — no third-party cookies, no cross-site profiling.

Purpose

We process your data to respond to your discovery request, send you commercial information related to your stated interest (only with your consent) and meet our legal obligations.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

The legal basis for processing is (a) the consent you provide when submitting the form, and where applicable (b) the legitimate interest of EBROTECH in contacting you after you have shown initial interest.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, after it ends, for the statute of limitations applicable to legal claims (typically 3-6 years depending on jurisdiction).

International data transfers

Some of our service providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or, where these are not available, on Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards. EU client data classified as special-category (health data in vet and dental verticals) is processed exclusively in Helsinki, Finland on infrastructure certified ISO 27001 and BSI C5 Type 2.

Recipients

Your data may be shared with technology providers acting as data processors under a written agreement (CRM, hosting, email). We only work with providers that offer GDPR guarantees and, where transfers leave the EU, with Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ebrotech.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) or your local data protection authority if you believe processing does not comply with applicable law.

Updates

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in processing activities or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email to clients with an active contract.
