This policy explains how EBROTECH LLC processes personal data you provide through ebrotech.net, including its forms and the guided assistant available on some pages.

Data we process
- Enquiries and contact: name, email or phone number, business, sector, software, need, message and the service option you select. Optional fields are identified as such.
- Diagnosis and specific alerts: email, software or the subject you ask us to notify you about, only when you submit the relevant form.
- ES/EN guided assistant: software, name, contact detail and the text you enter. Do not include passwords, records or your customers' data.
- Form context: language, source page, the page where you entered the website, the domain of the site you came from (only the domain, never the full address), stated intent and permitted campaign parameters. Where the form includes them, we also send the checked status, wording shown and time of acceptance.
- How you heard about us: an optional answer you choose in the form and, if you select “Other”, the short text you enter.
- Site operation: the hosting and security provider may process request data such as IP address, browser, time and URL to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
- To read and respond to the enquiry you started, assess fit and prepare steps before a possible proposal.
- To record your interest and notify you about the specific product, connector or opening described beside the checkbox you accepted.
- To maintain the website's security, availability and technical operation.
- To measure aggregated website use and performance when Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.
Legal basis
To respond, we rely on the consent expressed in the form and, where relevant, steps you request before entering into a contract. Site operation and security may rely on technical necessity and, where applicable, a legitimate interest limited to maintaining and protecting the service. We do not use legitimate interest as a general permission for marketing campaigns.
Messages and your choices
- A general enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise recurring marketing.
- A product or connector alert is limited to the purpose written beside its checkbox. You can withdraw that permission by emailing us.
- Providing a phone number as your contact method allows us to reply to that enquiry through the selected channel; it does not by itself authorise WhatsApp marketing.
- Response or alert emails are prepared as drafts, reviewed by a person and sent when that person clicks Send.
Required and optional data
Each form identifies its required fields. Without them we cannot handle that request. Submitting a form does not itself create a purchase, a decision with legal effects or an automatic marketing subscription.
Retention
We keep each enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and document its outcome. We then delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed, except for the minimum information required by an applicable obligation, a claim or to honour an opt-out. You can ask which retention criterion applies to your case.
Service providers and transfers
EBROTECH LLC is formed in the United States. The current flow uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, HighLevel as CRM, a self-hosted n8n installation to route forms and Telegram for internal alerts. Each service is used for those operational functions.
These services may process data outside your country. The location and applicable safeguard depend on the service and its configuration. You can ask for the available details about recipients, countries and safeguards at info@ebrotech.net.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email info@ebrotech.net and identify the request or data you want us to locate. You may also complain to the data protection authority that is competent for your residence or situation.
Automated decisions
The forms on this website do not make decisions by themselves that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Intent and source may be used to organise internal review; a person reviews the enquiry before follow-up.
Cookies and measurement
The website stores technical language preferences and, when enabled, uses Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies to measure audience and performance. The cookie policy lists the local storage used by the site. /en/cookies/
